How can i track my order?

You will be given a tracking number!

There are two ways to track your items

First way: Visit our tracking page where you will be able to select domestic or international shipping, then proceed to enter the tracking number you have been given to track your order!

Second way: On your account page, click on orders, then select view on the order you wish to track, once the order is opened there will be a track button, simply click and you will be able to track your order.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes we do offer a lower rate for companies wishing to purchase our products for their businesses, simply send us an email at  sales@completelyunwired.com and we can help you out with your inquiry.

My phone starts and stops charging regularly on my unwired device?

Check to see if you are placing your phone where the wireless battery charging is and centered on the device you are using. Also using a solid metal cover will interfere with wireless charging and make sure the output of the wall charger or car charger you are using is 1.5Amp or higher.

What if i cannot get my unwired car charger to work?

Contact our team and we will assist you in setting up your device, we are also in the process of making instructional videos on our YouTube channel so stay tuned.

My products did not arrive within the delivery time frame?

We occasionally may get delays with deliveries as we use third party companies to make our deliveries, so please stay patient with us if you encounter any delays. You can also contact the team if you need your delivery to be looked into.

What if i receive a faulty product?

All of our products come with a full 12 months warranty from when it is purchased, this only applies to manufacturing faults. Contact our team at: help@completelyunwired.com and one of the team will assist you.
