Simply email our team at help@completelyunwired.com and one of our team members with contact you on how to proceed from there. There will be a series of steps to be completed in order to be eligible for our customer guarantee.
Our team requires feedback on why you wish to return and are not satisfied with our product, and may ask you to perform troubleshooting steps to see if there’s a fault with your product.
Your recept and proof of purchase is required to be eligible for our customer guarantee. Photos and paperwork would be required to be provided for the customer guarantee.
Items must be returned in the same way it was shipped to you, any products missing parts will void the guarantee.
The customer guarantee does not include: change of mind, incorrect use, customer damage, incompatibility issues.
