At Completely Unwired we offer a full 1 year warranty on all of our products, we require you to have the purchase receipt handy for when you make a claim. Claims must be made within the 1 year purchase date of the product.
If you believe you have been issued a faulty product you can contact our us at help@completelyunwired.com , with all the details regarding your claim, our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to rectify this.
If we determine the product to be not covered under Completely Unwired Warranty, we will contact you directly and discuss alternatives and possible replacements at an additional cost.
Returns
Returns on your completely Unwired products are eligible within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt and given that the item is unopened and unused
To start the return process contact our team at help@completelyunwired.com, this must be within 14 days of purchase date or we will not accept returns anytime after that. The team at Completely Unwired will contact you as soon as possible with return instructions
Completely Unwired does not accept returns from purchases made from third party retailers, if you have purchased from a third party retailer you must contact them to see what their policy is.
We do not do returns for incompatibility issues, please make sure your phone is compatible with our chargers prior to purchase
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest when returning your item to keep tracking number as proof of return in case the package is lost.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will assess the products and process your request within 7 business days and will keep you updated along the way. Once completed, you will be informed via email and the full amount of the purchased product will be credited back to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Please also take note that we do not refund any shipping costs.

Simply email our team at help@completelyunwired.com and one of our team members with contact you on how to proceed from there. There will be a series of steps to be completed in order to be eligible for our customer guarantee.
Our team requires feedback on why you wish to return and are not satisfied with our product, and may ask you to perform troubleshooting steps to see if there’s a fault with your product.
Your recept and proof of purchase is required to be eligible for our customer guarantee. Photos and paperwork would be required to be provided for the customer guarantee.
Items must be returned in the same way it was shipped to you, any products missing parts will void the guarantee.
The customer guarantee does not include: change of mind, incorrect use, customer damage, incompatibility issues.
